Is My Money Safe with Yes MFB?

Yes, your money is safe with us and all our deposits are insured by NDIC and duly licensed by CBN. Also, we secured all accounts with the same high-security encryption used by regular banks.

Is Yes MFB a Registered Bank?

Yes, we are a registered bank as well as duly licensed and regulated by CBN to carryout banking activities. Our registration number is RC 1319067.

Where is Your Office?

Our office is located at No 4 Adenubi close off Majekodunmi Street off Allen Avenue, Ikeja Lagos.

Do you give loans?

Yes, we give loans, and you’ll be eligible to take an overdraft and other loan facilities if you use your Yes account regularly.

Why do you need my BVN and NIN?

BVN and NIN are important prerequisites for opening an account as instructed by CBN guideline.

Since you don’t have branches, how will I get my ATM card?

We will deliver your Yes Bank ATM Card to you anywhere in Nigeria.

How will you send money to my Yes account?

There are several ways to send money to your Yes account:
You can transfer money to your Yes account from any Nigerian bank with a bank app or through internet banking.

You can also send money to your upgraded account with a Nigerian debit card. Tap send Money on your Yes Bank dashboard and choose the Add By Card option.

If you have cash, you can deposit it into your Yes account at our correspondent banks. Tap send Money on your Yes Bank dashboard and choose the Add By Deposit option to get instructions.

Will I get account statements?

Yes, you can request an account statement for a specific time period. To request an account statement, tap More on the app then tap Statements & Reports.
